So even though she is likely responsible for injuring the calico, the calico heard the rental kid having a “difficult time” going to sleep, jumped up on the bed, curled up next to the girl, and now both are sleeping comfortably. Whoever said “happiness is a sleeping cat” wasn’t far off.
